How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?We work diligently to get your property rented as soon as we can.

How will you screen my tenant?We do a nationwide credit and background check on each person in the home over 18.

How soon will my new tenants be moving in?Once a lease is signed and payments are made tenants usually move in within a few days.

How do you handle repairs?All repair request are made online. Based on your specific need we will either coordinate with a vendor to complete the job or call you to proceed.

Can I do my own repairs?Absolutely!

My property needs some work before a new tenant can move in. Can you help?Yes!

When do I get my rental proceeds?Proceeds are distributed between the 10 th and 15 th of each month.

What if my tenant doesn’t pay?I will post a 3 day notice- if tenant doesn’t pay I begin the eviction with magistrate court – don’t worry! Ill take care of it!
