Bertha is a Carlsbad native & knows the town well. Bertha grew up watching her parents flip and manage rentals. After investing in her first flip at a young age and realized her passion for real estate. With encouragement from her husband, Bertha embarked on a successful real estate career. A few years into real estate Bertha decided to learn all there is to know about property management and successfully ran the top property management co for 4 years before deciding to open up her own property management co. Bertha’s knowledge, coupled with her experience & ambition to learn has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers, sellers &investors, & effectively marketing listings & rentals.
